New Start

New start on this blog!  Back running and cycling again.... although hard work today with the forthcoming storm blowing around.... half marathon next weekend at Capesthorne in Cheshire so hopefully the weather will be kind enough to allow some training.  A few links to photos from recent runs I have participated in should be visible... more to follow!
